摘要
高胆固醇血症家兔血浆胆固醇达600mg/100ml以上后,血浆和红细胞膜胆固醇与磷脂的比值较对照组明显上升。通过~3H-胆固醇交换实验,证明红细胞膜胆固醇与磷脂比的增高是由于血浆胆固醇上升所致,推测高胆固醇血症时,红细胞膜胆固醇与磷脂比的改变会引起红细胞膜流动性等物理性质的改变,从而导致微循环不畅等机体损害。
When plasma cholesterol in hypercholesterolemic rabbit reaches 600 mg% the cholesterol/phospha-lipid molecular ratios in plasma and erythrocyte membrane increase obviously compared with that ofnormals. The ~3H-cholesterol exchange experiment demonstrates that the rise of cholesterol/phosphalipidratio in erythrocyte membrane is caused by the rise of plasma cholesterol. Thus, it is supposed that thechange of cholesterol/phosphalipid ratio can induce change in physical propertics such as erythrocytemembrane fluidity, and then proceed to Induce physical injuries such as blocking of microcirculation.
