摘要
在实行“双向选择”的毕业生就业工作中,随着市场的发展、毕业生人数的增多,毕业生就业中出现了一些不和谐的“声音”,毕业生制作虚假材料、恶意毁约,用人单位弄虚作假、现场作秀,高校不能严格把好推荐、审核关等诚信流失的情况时有发生,文章针对这些现状进行了一定的阐述,对形成的原因进行了剖析,同时提出了一些对策。
After the introduction of "mutual- selection" policy, there have appeared some disharmonious phenomena in college graduates' job - hunting with the development of market economy and fast increase of college graduates'. The lost of credibility often arises during the course, graduates' falsification of the resume, international breach of the contract, prospective employer's ostensible invitation for application, just to name a few. sometimes the administrative department in college would neither make a close examination of their graduates nor undergo the procedure of recommendation. This has made the matter worse. This thesis would analyze these disharmonious phenomena, seek for it cause and meanwhile propose some countermeasures.
