直接氧化法制备准一维氧化物纳米材料的研究进展

摘要 准一维氧化物纳米材料因其独特的光学性能、电学性能及几何结构而成为当前纳米材料研究领域的热点和重点。论述了直接氧化法制备准一维氧化物纳米材料原理,着重介绍了这一方法在准一维氧化物纳米材料制备中的应用,并对其前景作了简要的展望。 Quasi-one-dimensional oxide nanomaterials have been the focus and emphasis due to their particular electric, optoelectronic properties, and geometric structure. This article reviews the principle for the synthesis of quasi- one-dimensional oxide nanomaterials by direct-oxidized, and stressly introduces the applications in the synthesis of quasi-one-dimensional oxide nanomaterials, and its foregrounds are also discussed.
