铝硅质介孔分子筛Al-MCM-41的合成与水热稳定性评价 被引量:13

摘要 以水玻璃为硅源。铝酸钠为铝源,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(C16H33(CH3)3NBr)为模板刺,在水热条件下合成出了Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛。研究了合成母液中SiO2:Al2O3摩尔比对合成Al-MCM-41的影响;合成过程中母液搅拌时间不同对样品孔序度的影响;以及铝引入到MCM-41骨架后,样品的水热稳定性评价。通过对样品的XR表征和SAXS表征,得到如下结论:随母液中SiO2:Al2O3摩尔比的增加(30~50),Al—MCM-41分子筛孔客变大;母液搅拌时间越长。样品的孔序度越好;把铝引入到MCM-41骨架中,可有效改善MCM-41的水热稳定性。 The mesoporous molecular sieves Al-MCM-41 are hydrotherrnally synthesized using water glass as silica source, sodium aluminate as aluminum source, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as structure template. The samples are characterized by XRD and SAXS. Experimental results show that the pore volume of Al-MCM-41 enlarges as the molar ratio of SiO2: Al2O3 in the gel increases (30~50); the pore order becomes better as the stirring time on mother gel gets longer;and the hydrotherrnal stability is improved by Al built in the pore wall of MCM-41.
