摘要
以对苯二酚和叔丁醇为原料、草酸为催化剂,合成2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚(DTBHQ).通过实验,得到合成DTBHQ的适宜工艺条件:叔丁醇与对苯二酚摩尔比为3:1,催化剂与对苯二酚质量比为0.6:1,反应时间为6 h,反应温度为90℃.在此条件下,产物中的2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚的最高收率为25.2%.
Synthesis of 2,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone (DTBHQ) was studied from hydroquinone and tert-butylalcohol under catalysis of oxalic acid. The results showed the optimum conditions was the reaction temperature about 90℃, the reaction time 6 h, n(tert-butylalcohol):n(hydroquinone)=3:1, m(catalyst):m(hydroquinone)=0.6:1. The highest contend of 2,5-di-butylhydroquinone in the product was 25.2%.
