油田集输站难溶垢化学清洗技术

CHEMICAL CLEANING TECHNIQUE FOR INFUSIBLE SCALE IN GATHERING STATION OF OILFIELD

对研制成功的CQ－1和NS－916等难溶垢的清除剂做了室内评价和现场应用试验。在50℃时，CQ－1对油田钙垢的清除效果优于进口产品S－466；在70℃时，NS－916对油田钡垢的清除效果接近于S－466。现场实际清洗结果表明，CQ－1和NS－916对油田集输系统难溶垢的处理效果良好，该清洗技术已成为油田开发后期的一项实用技术。

This paper introduces the CQ - 1 and NS - 916 type cleaning agent of infusible scale. Their indoor evaluation and field application results show that the cleaning effectiveness to calcium scale of CQ-1 is better than that of S-466 in 5℃,which is a import product,and that the cleaning effectiveness to baria scale of NS- 916 is close to that of S466. CQ- 1 and NS-916 have good results for cleaning the infusible scale in gathering station of oil field. It is a practical technique for the later-period oil field development.
