摘要
降低SO2排放是硫回收行业关注的课题,是各国环境立法的重要内容。目前技术水平已达到能满足对SO2排放的任何限制。Claus法是硫回收技术的基础。提高酸气质量、配风质量、催化剂质量及优化操作、设计,是Clan。法硫回收效率最佳化的关键,是尾气处理的基础及先决条件。技术经济及环境的综合因素促进了高效率硫回收技术的发展,即Claus法与尾气处理技术的结合,80年代以来开发了MCRC和Superclaus等高效率硫回收技术成果。国内CT6-4、CT6-6两种专用催化剂的开发成功,为类似技术在国内的应用奠定了基础。
Reduction of SO2 emission is a topic attracting attention of sulfur recovery industry. It is also an important content,in the environmental laws and regulations of every country over the world. The present technical level can meet the limits on SO2 emission. Claus process is the basis of sulfur recovery technology. Improvement of acid gas quality,air supplying quality,catalyst quality,and optimization of operation and design are the key points for optimum efficiency of Claus sulfur recovery process,and are the basic and precondition of tail gas treatment as well. The joint effect of the factors concerning technology,economy and environment requirements promoted the development of high efficiency sulfur recovery technology, i. e. the combination of Claus process and tail gas treatment technology, which leads to the creation of achivements such as MCRC and SuperClaus high efficiency sulfur recovery processes. The successful development of CT6--4 and CT6--6 catalysts for sulfur recovery lays a foundation for the application of similar processes in China.
