描述了一种称为合成基钻井液的新型体系和称为合成液的化学组份。该体系中的主要材料是一种合成有机化合物,它比油基钻井液更易生物降解和分散于海水中,因此,对环境不会造成损害,这类具有许多类似油基钻井液优良性而不影响环境的合成基体系于1989年后出现,并得到了很快发展,在油田实际应用已打井超过及100口,且获得了较好的效益。
The paper describes a new system of deilling fluid called synthetic base mud (SBM's) and the chemical constituent of the so--called synthetic fluid. The primary chemical constituent in this new mud is a synthetic organic compound, which is easier to biological degradation and dispersion in seawater than conventional oil base mud, thus avoid environmental pollution. This SBM's, possessing the good properties of oil base mud, is developed since 1989, and has been put into use for drilling operation of over 100 wells in oil fields with good benefits.
