摘要
为了研制出能与动力钻具相匹配的牙轮钻头,作者从钻头轴承的材料选择入手,对硬质合金滑动轴承进行了分析,认为硬质合金的磨损抗力高,可应用于井下工具。在此基础上,进行了全尺寸牙轮钻头硬质合金滑动轴承的室内试验研究,结果表明:使用硬质合金滑动轴承可使牙轮钻头转速提高到200~400r/min。
To develop cone bits matching with the downhole motor, the hard alloy journal bearing is analyzed,and it is declared that the haul alloy is preferred on downhole tools due to its high wear resistance. Thereafter a laboratorial test of full-scale cone bit provided with hard alloy journal bearings is made, and the result shows that, by using these bearings, the rotary speed of the cone bit can reach 200~400r/min.
