摘要
提出了一种新型曲柄连杆式抽油机的结构方案,其特点是把游梁和驴头做成一扇形体,连杆在支架下方推动游梁和驴头的扇形体做大摆角往复摆动来实现抽汲作业。通过对这种结构抽油机的运动规律和动力性能所进行的分析,表明其动力性能优越,曲柄轴扭矩波动小,整机耗电少,并且具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻等优点。
The scheme of foe structure of a new crank pitman type pumping unit is put forward. The beam and horsehead of the new unit are combined into a sector, and the pitman under the framework drives the sector to carry out reciprocating swing at a large angle to realize oil pumping. Analysis of its motion pattern and dynamic performance shows that the new unit, which is small-sized and light-weighted, is characterized by good dynamic performance, low fluctuation of crankshaft torque and more efficient power consumption.
