摘要
介绍了副叶片一双螺旋密封加填料密封的原理,指出这种新型砂泵组合密封既可发挥副叶片平衡叶轮轴向力并形成反压力以降低轴封压力,又能发挥双螺旋密封在变工况时密封性能稳定的优点。此外,还对这种密封的密封能力进行了阐述。在同一台砂泵上分别采用副叶片一副叶轮动力密封和副叶片一双螺旋组合密封从功耗、性能及装配三个方面进行的对比试验表明,这种新型组合密封具有结构简单、密封性能好、功耗低、无污染、寿命长、性能稳定可靠及安装维护方便的优点。这种新型结构密封已在150SB-Ⅲ型砂泵上获得了成功的应用。
After an analysis of the working principles of the dual spial seal and the auxiliary blade seal, the principle of the auxiliary blade-dual spiral combined seal for centrifugal sand pumps is introduced, and it is pointed out the new seal has the advantages of both the auxiliary blade seal and the dual spiral seal.Thereafter the sealing ability of the combined seal is expounded. Comparison tests between this combined seal and the auxiliary blade-auxiliary impeller dynamic seal shows that the combined seal has more simple structure, better sealing ability, lower power consumption and longer service life.
