巨噬细胞移动抑制因子和血管内皮生长因子在胃癌组织中表达

摘要 目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌组织表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学技术对63例胃癌组织中的MIF和VEGF的表达进行研究。结果胃癌组织中的MIF在低分化胃癌,伴有淋巴结转移及浸润到浆膜的表达率分别为:55.2%、52.5%和50%,明显高于高分化、无淋巴结转移和浸润未及浆膜的胃癌组织(P<0.05);VEGF在高分化胃癌、淋巴结转移及浸润及浆膜的胃癌组织的表达率分别为78.9%、85%和83.3%,与高分化、无淋巴结转移和浸润未及浆膜的胃癌组织差别具有显著性差别(P<0.05);MIF和VEGF表达呈正相关。结论MIF和VEGF在低分化胃癌、淋巴结转移和浸润深度表达或超过浆膜的组织中表达明显增高,且两者的表达有呈明显的正相关。提示MIF可能参与VEGF的生成,从而促进肿瘤的生长和浸润。 Objective To explore the relationship between macrophage migration inhibitory factor and vascular endothelial growth factor in gastric carcinoma. Methods MIF and VEGF expression from 63 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue were researched with immunochemistry technology.Results The expression rote of MIF in gastric carcinoma with poorly differentiated, no lymph node metastasis and not yet reaching serosa were 55.2 % ,52.5 % and 50%, it is obviously higher than gastric carcinoma with well differentiated, lymph node metastasis and to serosa ( P 〈 0.05) ;The expression rote of VEGF were 78.9% ,85% and 83.3%, it also was obviously higher than that with well differentiated, lymph node metastasis and to serosa( P 〈 0.05) ; The expression of MIF and VEGF have direct correlation. Conclusion MIF and VEGF in gastric carcinoma with poorly differentiated, lymph node metastasis and to and exceeding serosa obviously increased, furthermore, their expression have positive correlation. It show that MIF may be attend the generation of VEGF, thereby promote the growth and infiltration of tumor.
