摘要
随着中国现代化进程的加快,中国的未成年人权利保护有了新的变化。未成年权利保护的核心是尊重和保障未成年人权利,本文从宪法的角度阐述了我国未成年人权利保护的实然状态以及已采取的对策,并从人权角度提出未成年人权利保护应具有的思路。
With the development of Chinese modernization, there have been changes on the issue of how to protect minors＇ fights. The core of such an issue lies in respecting and guaranteeing minors＇ fights. From the perspective of the constitution, this paper elaborates present state of minor fights＇ protection in China and measures taken, then puts forward the new thinking pattern needed for the protection of the minors＇ fights from the perspective of human fights.
