摘要
在评析两大法系刑事阅卷制度的基础上,论述我国刑事阅卷制度的现状及存在问题,提出完善我国刑事阅卷制度的途径。
Based on the interpretation of two basic files review s of crime litigation system, the present condition and the existing system of our nation are discussed in this paper, and the means of improving this litigation system are put forward as well.
