摘要
知识管理是知识经济发展的必然结果,知识管理的广泛运用是知识创造价值思维理念的必然要求。企业文化是企业核心竞争力的一个重要组成部分,企业文化的创新与发展也是知识管理在企业中运用的体现。
Knowledge-based management is the inexorable result of the development of knowledge economy, and the widespread application of knowledge management is in turn the inexorable requirement of knowledge in creating principle of value-related thinking. Corporate culture is an essential component of corporate competitiveness at the core,and its innovation and development reflect actually how knowledge-based management is applied in corporate.
