我国市场经济中企业伦理的价值取向

摘要 企业伦理作为一门学科诞生以前,企业经营活动中就存在伦理道德问题,我国儒家文化中即蕴涵有优秀的经济伦理思想,并被晋商成功运用。解放后计划经济的行政色彩抹杀了企业的自主性,传统企业伦理未得到积极传承;实行市场经济体制改革以来各种价值观念的涌入与冲突使企业主导伦理思想严重失范。在市场经济体制下,我们有必要整合我国的企业伦理观以保证企业的可持续发展。 The issue of ethics has long been in existence in the operation of enterprises before enterprise ethics was regarded as a discipline;some splendid economic and ethical thoughts were contained in China's Confucian culture and were once successfully put into practice by Shanxi traders. After the liberation, the administrative hues of planned economy blotted out the enterprise autonomy, preventing traditional enterprise ethics from being passed down. Since the reform of market eco- nomic system,the introduction of various kinds of values and the conflicts arising among them make the dominant ethical thought of enterprise seriously part from the norms. Therefore,it is necessary for us to intergrate our enterprise values in order to guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises under the market economic system.
