摘要
公诉的价值目标是国家与社会通过公诉活动所追求的结果。公诉的价值目标主要表现在三个方面:一是实现法律正义,这是公诉的外在价值;二是体现程序公正,这是公诉的内在价值;三是注意诉讼效益,这是公诉的公诉价值。
What the value of public prosecution aims at is the very result that government and society desire through the activities of public prosecution. It is manifested in the following three ways：firstly, to realize legal justice, which is the external value of public prosecution; secondly, to reflect procedural justice, which is the internal value of public prosecution ; and thirdly, to look after the results of prosecution, which is the value of public prosecution.
