This paper is a review of Klaus Keld＇s Phenomenology of Worm. The issues this paper discussed are： how phenomenology becomes phenomenology of world？ What is the meaning of ＂world＂？ It is natural world or cultural world？ And what is the relation between the phenomenology of politic and the phenomenology of intersubjective culture？
