摘要
研究教育实践,教师的经验是一个不可回避的问题。本文将教师个体的教育经验想象为同心圆,分为三大层次:处于中心的是教育观念,中间层次是教育实践模式,最外层的是具体的教育事件。各层次紧密联系,形成一个系统,这是教师不断加工自己经验的结果。
The research education practice, teacher's experience is a question which cannot be avoided. This article the teacher individual education experience imagination is a concentric circle, divides into three big levels: Is in the center educates the idea, among the level educates the practice pattern, the most outer layer is the concrete education event. Various levels close relation, forms a system, this is a result which the teacher processes unceasingly oneself experiences.
