研究教育实践,教师的经验是一个不可回避的问题。本文将教师个体的教育经验想象为同心圆,分为三大层次:处于中心的是教育观念,中间层次是教育实践模式,最外层的是具体的教育事件。各层次紧密联系,形成一个系统,这是教师不断加工自己经验的结果。
