摘要
以维生素D的体内生理活性形式-1.25(OH)2D3作用于体外培养的小鼠成纤维细胞(L929细胞),然后用α-P32标记的神经生长因子(NGFcDNA)探针,检测L929细胞NGFmRNA的变化。结果表明1.25(OH)2D3作用3h后,NGFmRNA开始增加,并且随着1.25(OH)2D3作用时间的增加及1.25(OH)2D3作用浓度的增加,NGFmRNA转录明显加强。提示1.25(OH)2D3对神经生长因子基因的表达有促进作用。
The metabolically active form of vitamin D-1. 25 (OH)2D3 acted on the mouse fibroblasts L929 cells and then the changes of L929 cells nerve growth factor gene (NGF) mRNA in L929cells were detected with αP32labelled probe NGFcDNA. The results showed that 3 hours after 1.25 (OH)2D3 action NGF mRNA began to increase and increasingly transcribed with increasing time and concentration of 1.25(OH)2D3. The results show that 1.25 (OH)2D3 can promote the expression of NGF gene.
