摘要
随着中国加入WTO,电信的对外开放,通讯专网进入了难得的飞速发展阶段。同时通讯专网也面临更大的市场竞争的压力。分析通讯专网运营的现状,客户关系管理方面存在的问题,以及客户关系管理可以为通讯专网带来的成效等,强调通讯专网客户关系管理的重要性。
With China's entry to the WTO, the telecommunication opening to the outside, China's communication special network(CCSN) has been developed rapidly. In the meanwhile, it has also faced the pressure from market competition more and more. This article analyzes the present situation of the communication special network operation, the problem existed in the customer relations management(CRM), whose effectiveness and importance is emphasized.
