Doppler Tissure Image on the Study of Locating the Abnomal Exciting Premature Ventricular Contraction

彩色多普勒组织显像是一种检查心肌运动的新技术。该技术能将由心肌运动而产生的多普勒频移计算并用彩色编码显示出来。共有三种显示方式：速度方式、加速度方式和能量方式。用速度方式检查８例室性早搏患儿，以期寻找其定性早搏之异常兴奋点。８例中１例在右室前壁，其它７例在室间隔的不同部位找到了室性早搏之异位起搏点。这一研究开辟了多普勒超声心动图在心律失常方面诊断的新领域。

Doppler tissure image is a new technique to excame the myocardial movement. It can calculate and dispay the Doppler shift from the myocardial movement as a color signal. There are three displaying modes: velocity, acceleration and energy mode. In the artice we used velocity mode examing eight cases of premature ventricular contraction and studying the abnormal exciting point of premature ventricular contraction in the heart. In all the eight patients, We found the abnormal exciting point at the right ventlicular anterior wall in one patients and at interventricular septum in the other seven patients.It opens the new field in the Doppler echocardiographic diagnosis on the arrhythmia.
