近端血流汇聚法用于二尖瓣狭窄定量诊断的价值 被引量:1

Preliminary Study about Practical Value of Quantification or Mitral Stenosis by Using Proximal Flow Convergence Method

摘要 以手术中直接测量的二尖瓣口面积为对照标准,将在超声心动图检查中采用近端血流汇聚法,两维超声直接测定法和压力降半时间法测量的二尖瓣口面积与之进行比较。发现三种超声测量方法测量结果,均与术中测量结果密切相关。相关系数分别为0.64、0.96和0.70。其中以两维超声直接测量法与手术中测量结果相关性最佳。这表明近端血流汇聚法在二尖瓣狭窄的定量诊断中有实用价值,但影响其测量准确性因素不少,在目前方法和经验未完全成熟的情况下,此方法测量的精确性尚不及两维超声直接测定的结果。 Mitral valve areas (MVA) measured by three ultrasonic methods i.e.color Doppler proximal folw convergence (PFC),two-dimensional echocardiography (2-DE)and Doppler pressure halftime were compaired with dath obtained by the direct measurement during operation. The results suggest that the color Dopper PFC in the quantification of MVA has its practical value but there are some factors affecting its correct measurement.Because of the inadequacy of the method and experience,the accuracy of PFC is inferior to 2-DE at present.
