川芎嗪联合激光照射治疗突发性聋

Ligustrazine Combined with laser In the treatment of sudden Jeafness.

为探索提高治疗突聋疗效的途径,我们应用川穹唪联合氦氖激光照射治疗40例,总有效率85.0%.同时,应用尿激酶治疗40例,总有效率65.0%.两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).本疗法明显优于尿激酶治疗,具有降低突聋患者血液流变学作用.有疗效高,听力恢复快,耳鸣、眩晕症状消退显著等特点.

To explore the ways of increasing the therapentic effects of sudden deafness, we cured 40 cases of sudden deafness, which were treated with ligustrazine and laser,made a comparison with another group of 40 cases treated with unokinase. The total effective rate of the former group was 85 % and the latter group was 65%. Statistics shows that the effect of ligustraziqe combined with laser was much better than that of unokinase (p <0. 05). It was confirmed that this combined method could improved Blood rheology, rapidly recover hearing and eliminate the symptoms of tinnitus and vertigo.
