摘要
学生宿舍是各院校对在校学生实施“服务、育人”的重要场所。积极探索如何做好新形势下学生宿舍的规范管理与服务育人工作,是各高校在建立和谐后勤服务平台过程中普遍感到难做的一项务实性工作。文章介绍的是黄冈职院近几年来在学生宿舍管理服务工作中努力倡导与践行的“两情”管理和“四家”服务管理模式。
The domitory is the important place for the eoUeges to carry out a meatsure of "Servlce.and cultivation". Exploring positively how to do well with the regulary management and the service cultivation under the new situation is a very difficult practical work during the process of them to build harmonious logistic service flat roof for all the advanced colleges. This article introduces the management mode of the "Management by Emotion" and the "Service of Family" which is advocated and practised on the work of the student dormitory management in our Huanggang Polytechnic College in recent years.
