摘要
本文通过对会计信息化人才市场需求和现有学生能力、素质的调研,确立供需间存在的差异,研制出职业定位→教学内容→培养方式→评价体系的会计信息化人才培养创新模式,以此提高会计信息化人才培养的有效性。
This paper confirms the differences between the supply and demand by the research of demand for the professional - market of Accounting - inform atization and the presently capability, quality of the students and develops an innovation - model of professional - cultivation in Accounting- Inform atization, that is, profession orientation teaching contents cultivation models? evaluation system to boost the effectiveness of professional - cultivation in Accounting - Inform atization.
