摘要 产β-内酰胺酶是细菌对β-内酰胺酶类抗生素耐药的一个重要机制,使用酶抑制剂抑制β-内酰胺酶是维持或/和增强β-内酰胺类抗菌活性的有效方法。耐酶抑制剂β-内酰胺酶的出现使酶抑制剂的抑制效力大为降低,抗菌治疗又面临着新的挑战。 Producing β-1actamases is one of the most important mechanisms for bacterial resistance to β-1actam antibiotics. Combining β-1actamases inhibitors and β-1actam antibiotics is an efficient strategy to combat bacterial resistance. The recent emergence of inhibitor-resistant β-1actamases (IRBL) compromises the efficacy of β-1actamases inhibitors. This paper reviews all aspects of IRBL in an attempt to shed light on the antibiotic resistance.
