基于时间序列的料场定量圆盘下料量预测模型

PREDICTION MODEL OF RATIONING DISK DISCHARGE RATE BASED ON TIME SERIES

针对原料场圆盘配料系统下料量检测滞后和料量随堆料机进退变化较大的特点,应用时间序列分析方法建立了基于AR模型的圆盘下料量预测模型。实际预测结果表明,该模型精度高,能够根据历史数据较为准确地预测出下料量的变化趋势。

For the features of disc proportioning system＇ s lag and discharge rate＇ s fluctuation, applying time series analysis, a disc discharge rate prediction model based on AR model was set up. The prediction result shows that the model has high accuracy and can predict the discharge rate＇s tendency based on historical data accurately.
