摘要
本文报告16例CGBS。本组病人表现慢性、复发性病程。全部病人均有弛缓性肢瘫,脑脊液蛋白细胞分离。多数病人表现周围性感觉障碍,周围神经传导速度减慢,F反射延长。3例腓神经活检均见脱髓鞘病变。15例经皮质类固醇治疗,13例有效。早期诊断并早期系统皮质类固醇治疗者预后较好,适当的维持剂量对预防复发是必要的。
6 cases of C-GBS are reported. Flaccid paralysis of extremities and elevated CSF protein were observed in all patients. Most patients manifested peripheral hypesthesia or anesthesia, slowing of nerve conduct velocity and delaying of F-reflex. Demyelination was revealed in three patients by sural nerve biopsy. 15 patients treated with corticosteroid responded satisfactory in 13. Early diagnosis with early corticosteroid treatment and adequate maintaining dose were essential for a better prognosis.
