摘要 目的探讨母乳性黄疸患儿体液免疫的变化特点,并分析血清胆红素水平与体液免疫各指标的相互关系。方法观察组选择母乳性黄疸患儿38例,按血清胆红素水平分为A组(血清胆红素<205μmol/L)和B组(血清胆红素≥205μmol/L);对照组选择健康儿40例为C组,采用流式细胞术检测CD23,免疫比浊法检测免疫球蛋白。结果B组CD23、IgAI、gGI、gM明显低于A组及C组(P<0.01),A组CD23I、gA、IgGI、gM明显低于C组(P<0.01)。结论母乳性黄疸患儿血清胆红素浓度稍增高即可降低患儿的体液免疫功能。 Objective To explore the humoral immunologic changes in infants with breast milk jaundice, and analyze the correlation of humoral between serum bilirubin and immune function. Methods In the study group, 38 infants with breast milk jaundice were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to their serum bilirubin level, in Group A serum bilirubin level was lower 205μmol/L and in Group B was over 205μmol/L. Forty healthy infants were selected as the controls. Then CD23 immunoglobulin was examined by the cytometry and Nephelomentry. Results The CD23, IgA, IgG and IgM in group B were lower than that in group A and C. The CD23, IgA, IgG and IgM in group A were lower than that in group C, Conclusions Hyperbilirubinemia in BMJ infants is lower in their humoral immunology status.
