摘要
采用超声C扫描成像方法得到1060铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊接界面扫描图像,通过研究不同工艺参数条件下接头的内部形貌特征,得出深度方向接头的变化趋势。研究结果表明,在一定范围内旋转速度的提高改善了接头的接合质量,当旋转速度提高到1500r/min时基本上不存在隧道型孔洞,最后利用力学性能试样对分析结果进行了验证。
The scan image of fiiction stir weld for 1060 aluminum alloy was obtained by ultrasonic C-scan imaging method. The change trend in the depth direction was got by research on internal appearance characteristic under the different craft parameter condition. The result shows that bonding quality of friction stir weld has been improved with the increase of rotate speed. The defects of tunnel holes have not been found when rotate speed was 1500r/min. in the end, the analysis result was investigated by the mechanical property test.
