介绍了逆变焊机的机械安全要求和逆变器中IGBT模块的必须的保护措施，前者包括电缆同定装置、耐冲击能力、吊运装置、耐跌落能力、倾斜稳定性。后者包括驱动电路的典型安全措施；过流保护、过热、网压过／欠压电路设计；吸收电路。
The mechanical safety requirement of welder inverter and the safeguard of IGBT module in inverter are introduced. The former includes cable setting mechanism, impact resistance, traveling device, drop resistance and dip stability. The latter includes, typical safeguards of drive circuit; protection against over current, over heat and overunder-voltage; absorb circuit.
