摘要
从三个方面综述了苜蓿在反刍动物饲料中的应用研究进展状况;介绍了苜蓿的营养特性,苜蓿对反刍动物瘤胃代谢及生产性能的影响,其中包括对反刍动物生长性能、肉奶品质、血液生理生化指标及经济效益的影响。
The research progress of alfalfa application in feeds for ruminants was summarized. The nutrient characteristics of alfalfa and the effects of alfalfa on metabolism in ruminantg rumen and production performance were introduced, including effects on growing performance of ruminants, quality of meat and milk, physiological and biochemical index of blood and economic profits.
