摘要
选择平均体重(8.80±0.6)kg、28 d三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪36头,以玉米、早籼稻糙米和糯米作为淀粉来源,配合3个等能、等氮、等淀粉试验日粮,进行为期21 d的饲养试验。结果表明,饲喂玉米组的断奶仔猪平均日增重最佳,分别比糙米和糯米组高10.77%(P<0.05)和24.53%(P<0.01);料重比分别比糙米和糯米组低7.88%和18.18%。直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比值大小显著影响断奶仔猪的生产性能。
36 threeway crossbreed ( Duroc × Landrace × Yordshire) weaning pigs of 28-day age and with average Weight of (8.80±0.6) kg were selected, and fed on experimental diets of corn and early. lohg-grain nonglutinous brown rice and glutinous -rice as starch source, mixed with 3 iso-nitrogen, iso-energy and iso-starch for 21 days. The results showed thatthe ADG of the group fed on corn was the best, which was 10.77 %( P 〈 0.05 ) and 24.53 % (P 〈 0.01 ) higher than that of groups fed on early long-grain nonglutinous brown rice and glutinous rice respectively, while the feed conversion (feed consumptioh/weight gain) was 7.88% and 18.18% lower than that of groups fed on brown rice and glutinous rice respectively. The proportion of amylose and amylopectin influenced the production performance of weaning pigs significantly.
