卫星搭载处理对鸡冠花SP_1代种子萌发及生长发育的影响 被引量:10

摘要 研究了卫星搭载对鸡冠花SP1代种子萌发、生长、开花等生物学性状的效应,结果表明:卫星搭载处理对种子萌发产生了明显的促进作用,发芽率和发芽势分别提高了7.28个百分点和13.36%;SP1代平均单株籽粒产量为0.936 g,比原品种降低了24.94%,但千粒重比原品种高;SP1代群体植株与原品种植株在生长发育上无显著区别,但可发现一些具叶色、冠形和冠色变化的潜在变异株。 Effects of seeds carried by recoverable satellite on the germination, seeding growth and other botanical characters of SP1 population of Celosia cristata L. were investigated. Stimulated by space environment, the germination percentage and germination potential of seeds space- traveled for 18 days increased 7.28 % and 13.36 % respectively. The plant of the treatments produced seeds with 0. 936 g seed weight per plant that decreases by 24.94% in amount compared to the control on the ground. But the kilo - grain weight of seeds was higher than that of the control. The significant differences Between the treatment and the control were not found in the growth and development of SP1 population.Some potential plants with variation such as color of leaves and crested inflorescence could be observed in SP1 population.
