椰心叶甲ITS、5.8S rDNA序列分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用PCR和DNA测序技术,克隆了椰心叶甲的内转录间隔区ITS及5.8S rDNA序列,其全长为2 107 bp,并对这一序列进行了详细的分析,为研究椰心叶甲地理种群的差异及其不同类群之间的遗传关系,并重构椰心叶甲从原产地到各受灾地区的传播路线等方面奠定了分子基础,对制定椰心叶甲的综合防治策略具有指导意义。 Brontispa longissima Brontispa longissima. Internal transcribed spacer and of Brontispa longissima (Gestm) were amplified by tyolymerase chain reaction and sequenced after the amplified gene segment was cloned. It's longest ,sequence was 2 107 bp. The sequenees were aligned and analyzed by GeneBank and DNAStar 5.0 software. It can research difference in geographical populations, genetic relation of populations and invasion route. It is important that guiding significance to building integrate control strategy.
