摘要
本文分析了影响企业多元化的因素,并在此基础上建立了企业多元化业务选择和评估模型,并对模型的应用进行了分析和探讨。在文章最后给出了一个利用该模型进行业务选择和评估的示例。
This paper analyzes what factors influence the diversification conducts of a firm. Based this discussion, we build up a model to show a firm how to evaluate and choose the number and scale of business operations. Last section gives a case of application of the model.
