面部凹陷的手术治疗（附43例报告）

The operative treatment of facial depression(report of 43 cascs)

采用硅胶块充填法、自体骨或软骨充填法、去表皮的身体胸三角皮辨充填术、自体游离真皮脂肪充填术及自体脂肪颗粒注射５种方法治疗多种原因引起的面部凹陷畸形４３例，效果良好，并就手术方法的选择、充填层次及术中注意要点进行了讨论。

Since 1985,we have operated on 43 cases of facial depression due to various causes by filling,with autologous tissues(bone; cartilage;skin flap with removed epidermis;fat grain)and solid silicones.The aesthetical results are satistactory.
