摘要 对木粉和稻壳的流化特性进行了较为系统的试验研究,结果表明:①木粉虽可以流化,但流化范围很窄,而稻壳则几乎完全不可以流化;②添加惰性载体砂子后,木粉和稻壳的流化特性均趋于变好,砂子所占比例越高,木粉或稻壳与砂子的混合颗粒越容易流化,流化操作范围也越宽。通过对现有单组分颗粒最小流化速度公式进行改造,获得了可以预测生物质与砂子双组分混合物料最小流化速度计算公式,生物质混合质量比较低时,该式计算所得的最小流化速度与实测值吻合较好,反之则不然。 The fluidization properties of sawdust and rice husk were investigated. The results show that ① sawdust can be fluidized but its fluidized range is very narrow, while rice husk almost can not be fluidized; and ② the fluidization properties of sawdust and rice husk are all much improved when some sands are added into them, and the higher the ratio of sand, the better the improved effect. Furthermore, a new equation was deduced to predict minimum fluidization velocity of the mixture of biomass particles and sands. It can be found that the difference between the calculated values and the measured one is little if the ratios of biomass are low, otherwise the difference is high.
