下颌角骨质异常增生及咬肌良性肥大表现为方形脸，是并不罕见的发育畸形。自１９８７～１９９４年共治疗１２例，获得了良好的效果，手术方法采用口腔内进路完成肥大下颌角及咬肌的切除。强调只要手术操作仔细，术后有效加压包扎及冰敷，并发症可以避免。
