摘要
通过对土壤样品进行不同温度、不同孢子激活剂、不同抑制剂、不同培养基等条件的梯度试验,得到对黄瓜枯萎病菌有拮抗作用的土壤放线菌的分离方法:将土壤样品经100℃干热处理1 h,用0.05%的SDS稀释,分别涂布于含有1μg/ml青霉素的高氏合成1号琼脂、淀粉琼脂、腐植酸—维生素琼脂(HVG)组合培养基上,置于28℃培养7 d,并分离到69株瓜类枯萎病的拮抗放线菌。
The authors treated different sail samples by different temperatures, spore activation reagents and inhibitors, culture mediums and obtained 69 actinomycetes strains against Fusarium owysporum. The optimal screening method was as the followings: sail samples treated by 100℃ dried hot for 1h, then diluted with 0.05% SDS; the favorable media are Gause No. 1 including 1μg/ml penicillin, starch agar or HVG respectively, culture temperature was 28℃ for 7d.
