摘要
本文论述脊髓灰质炎后遗症高弓足第一跖骨下垂畸形的临床表现，影像学改变及分型，介绍第一跖节截骨融合术。根据我们的体会，该术式使脊髓灰质炎后遗症高弓足畸形的矫治更加完美，满意。
Talipes cavus is a commom deformity after poliomyelitis.This paper described the definition, clinical and X-ray manifestation, and classification;Different operative methods could be selected to correct this deformity.We recommended the first tarsometatarsal arthrodesis,which could make the treatment of pes cavus more perfect and satisfactory.
