摘要
目的观察肿瘤与体内铁营养状况之间的关系,并初步探讨其联系机制。方法选取初次就诊的肿瘤患者105例,检测血清铁营养状况(铁蛋白、血清铁、总铁结合力、转铁蛋白饱和度)、抗氧化酶活性(T-SOD,GSH-PX)和脂质过氧化物(MDA)浓度。结果与对照组比较:肿瘤组SI,TIBC,TS和MDA降低,T-SOD升高,GSH-Px差别无显著性。结论铁营养状况的变化与肿瘤相关,铁对机体的氧化应激状况的影响可能是其与肿瘤相联系的关键环节。
Objective To investigate the relation and the mechanisms of tumor and iron status. Methods Fasting morning blood samples from 105 tumor patients and 105 healthy people were analyse for serum ferritin(SF), serum iron(SI), total iron-binding capacity ( TIBC ), transferring saturation ( TS ), total-superoxide dismutase ( T-SOD ), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), malondialdehyde(MDA). Results In comparison with the heathy people group, significantly decreased concentrations of SI, TIBC, TS, MDA and significantly increased concentrations of T-SOD were observed in tumor group, GSH-Px had no significant differents. Conclusion The changes of iron status is relate to tumor formation, iron ignant oxidative stress might be the key mechanisms.
