利塞膦酸钠对绝经后骨质疏松症妇女血清BALP和尿HOP的影响

The Effects of Risedronate Treatment on Serum Bone Specific Alkaline Phosphatase and Urinary Hydroxyproline in Postmenopausal Osteoporotic Women

摘要 目的 用利塞膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松妇女6个月,观察其对骨密度(BMD)、血清骨特并性碱性磷酸酶、尿羟脯氨酸的影响。方法 将46例绝经后骨质疏松妇女每日早饭前半小时服用5mg利塞膦酸钠和凯思力D1片,疗程6个月;另选25名健康的绝经女性作为对照组。治疗前后分别用美国DPX双能X线骨密度仪测骨密度,免疫渗滤和全血干化学技术测定骨特异性碱性磷酸酶,化学比色法测尿羟脯氨酸;同时观察骨痛、骨折及胃肠道等副反应情况。结果 利塞膦酸钠治疗后腰椎2~4、股骨颈BMD值显著升高,Wards三角区BMD呈增加趋势;血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶及尿羟脯氨酸明显下降;与治疗前相比,利塞膦酸钠治疗后还可缓解骨质疏松引起的腰背痛等症状,增加关节活动度。结论 利塞膦酸钠可提高预绝经后骨质疏松妇女骨密度,降低血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶及尿羟脯氨酸。 Objective To investigate the effeets of risedronate intervention on bone mineral density (BMD), serum bone specific alkaline phosphatase and urinary hydroxyproline in postmenopausal osteopnrotic women. Methods Forty-six pestmenopausal osteoperotic( PMDR) women participated in this study, twenty-five normal postmenopausal women served as control. All postmenopausal ostenperotic women were given 5 mg risedronate and a slice calcium tablet half an hour before breakfast for six month. Before and after intervention, BMD in lumbar vertebrae 2 ~ 4, femoral neck and Wards triangle were measured using dual energy X-rays bone mineral density apparatas, and bone specific alkaline phosphatase was detected by whole blood dry chenfistry, and urinary hydroxyproline was detected by chemical colorimetrie method. Results After the six months the risedronate intervention, compared with normal control group, serum bone specific alkaline phosphatase, and urine hydroxyproline were significant increased in postmenopansal osteoporotic women, while the BMD in lumbar vertehrae 2 ~ 4, femoral neek and Wants triangle were markedly deereased. The ache of the waist and back is relieved in some patients,no severe side effects were nbserved in patients. Conclusions Risettronate was a safe and effective metlieine to treat PMOP; It can decrease serum bone specifie alkaline phosphatase and urinary, hydroxyproline bone turnover and increased BMD in postmenopausal osteoporotic women.
