美国国际收支经常帐户逆差不断扩大对世界经济的影响

论文认为美国国际收支经常帐户逆差不断扩大与现行国际金融体系缺陷存在着内在的联系,美国通过美元和美国金融体系在国际金融体系中霸权地位不断转嫁其经常帐户逆差的成本。但是,美国国际收支逆差积累到一定程度,终究会发生质的变化,调整将不可避免。美国如果不与其他国家进行协调和合作,继续采取以邻为壑的政策,国际金融体系将发生动荡,世界经济发展将为此付出代价。论文提出了避免国际金融和世界经济发生动荡和危机的原则性思路和建议。

This paper argues that growing deficit of the US current account has an endogenous linkage with the defects of concurrent international financial system. The US is deliberately using the hegemony position of the US dollar in the international financial system to shift the cost of current account deficit to the rest of the world. However, when the deficit accumulated to a certain level, some qualitative change will take place. If the US is not going to coordinate and cooperate with other countries and continues today＇s selfish policy, there will be a chaotic situation in the international financial system and the world economy will pay the cost. This paper concludes with proposals in avoiding the turmoil in the international financial system and world economy.
