摘要
介绍了激光切割筛管的原理和割缝筛管数控激光加工机床;采用复合变位法和特殊的工艺方案解决了梯形缝和宽缝加工的技术难题,加工出了合格的割缝筛管;分析了激光切割筛管过程中常见的质量缺陷及产生的原因,并提出了工艺解决方案。
The laser cutting machines and the principle of slotted screen laser cutting are introduced briefly. The compound shifting position method and special technology scheme are adopted to solve the technological difficult problems of trapezoid - slit and broad - slit processing. The paper analyzes the causes of common quality defects in slotted screen laser cutting, and advances preventive measures against the defects.
