摘要
本文对现代医院的经济管理理论与方法进行了讨论。医院是健康产业投资的主体,又是一个经济实体。根据医院剩余盈余的索取权和医院的服务目标,可分为政府公立医院、非营利性医院和营利性医院三类。本文还讨论了现代医院的概念和内涵、管理理念、医院绩效评价的矩阵分析框架和指标,并提出了提高医院绩效的几个管理措施。
The paper discusses the economic theory and method of modem hospital. Hospital is the main investment in health industry as well as an economic entity. According to the characteristics of residual claimants and service objectives, the hospital system can be divided into three categories： government public hospital, non - profit and for - profit hospitals. The author also discusses the concepts and contents of modern hospital, management processes, matrix analysis framework of hospital performance evaluation and indicators, and some managerial measurements for improving hospital performance.
