总结和分析了门诊部疑难病会诊中心100例会诊病例。认为加强门诊专科技术力量,详细问诊,仔细查体,完善基础检查,必要的心理疏导和诊疗,增强门诊医务人员法律意识是提高门诊医疗服务内涵的关键。
To improve service quantity of outpatients, the article analyses the consultations of 100 difficulty outpatients. It proposes that enhancing the lever of service special technique, inquiring patients in detail, examining patients carefully, perfecting foundation check, paying attention to mental state treatment and increasing the law consciousness of the medical staff are key factors to improve service quantityof outnatient.
