动态血压监测对老年高血压患者降压疗效的评价作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨24h动态血压监测(ABPM)对诊所血压(CBP)显示降压有效的老年高血压患者的临床评价价值。方法选取口服降压药物1个月以上,并按CBP检查标准降压有效的老年高血压患者86例作为观察组,血压正常的健康老年人80例作为对照组,对比两组ABPM的各项指标。结果与对照组比较,老年高血压组24h、日间、夜间平均收缩压及24h平均脉压均升高(P<0·05),日间、夜间收缩压负荷及昼夜血压节律消失的患者比例也显著高于对照组(P<0·05)。结论对CBP检查正常的老年高血压患者还应进一步行ABPM,ABPM可作为观察老年高血压患者降压疗效以及降压是否平稳的重要依据。 Objective To investigate the significance of ambulatory blood pressure monitor ( ABPM) in the aged with hypertension during antihypertensive administration. Methods ABPM items were measured and analyzed in 2 groups elderly patients. Bne group induded 86 cases of the hypertension who had taken depressive drugs over 1 month showed the effect of lower blood pressure by clinical blood pressure measure (CBPM). 80 cases of the nonhypertensive people as comparisonwere selected. Results Comparing with the later, more higher level of mean systolic pressure and pulse pressure for daytime, nighttime and whole 24 hours can be seen in hypertensive objects. Overload systolic pressure, disappeared circadian rhythm were also significant in hypertensive group. Conclusion The elderly hypertensive who got a normal results by clinic cal blood pressure measure should have a further evaluate by ABPM.
