Investigation on the Mechanism Formed the Pathological Coated Tongue of Chronic Type B Hepatitis

文章通过对古今相关文献的总结分析,阐述了慢性乙型肝炎的中医病因病机,概括为“湿热余邪残未尽,肝郁脾虚气血虚”,并从现代医学的角度探讨了慢性乙型肝炎病理舌苔的形成机制及其影响因素,尤其是对病理舌苔的形成是否与EGF的作用有关作了深入分析。

Through analysis of the related literature from ancient to now, the paper explained the pathogenesis of TCM on chronic type B hepatitis, which was summarized that moist heat existed in body and stagnation of liver - QI with deficiency of the spleen. Furthermore, the paper investigated, from the respect of modern medicine, the formative mechanism and effective factors of pathological coated tongue, especially analyzed the whether the formation of pathological coated tongue was related with the effect of EGF.
